Our Process Technologies Division develops and designs chemical processes and their individual core technologies. It then licenses these to chemical producers to use when building a new plant.

As well as process engineering, design and licensing, we perform extensive development, demonstration and process engineering to support our wide portfolio of processes, technologies and catalysts.

A licensed process from Johnson Matthey is fully supported by technology transfer services. These include a process engineering package and supply of critical equipment and catalysts, along with training, all of which help the client run their plant with maximum efficiency and minimum environmental impact.

The licensing package also includes ongoing process and technical support through the detailed engineering, commissioning and post-acceptance of the plant to help licensees obtain optimum plant performance.
