Statement regarding Remuneration Consultants - Year Ended 31st March 2011

The Management Development and Remuneration Committee has appointed the Hay Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to provide specific advice during the year ended 31st March 2011 on remuneration matters. The Hay Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP may also advise the company generally on aspects of executive and employee remuneration, typically on the implementation and ongoing operation of executive remuneration schemes. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP also provide advice and tax compliance services to the company in relation to the administration of ex-patriates and internationally mobile employees. Additionally, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP provide other tax advice, tax audit work, completion of overseas tax returns, advice on set up of new overseas operations, some overseas payroll services and a review of some financial controls.
