Following Neil Carson’s appointment as Chief Executive, Johnson Matthey announces the following changes in the responsibilities of Executive Directors.

With effect from the 1st of August 2004, P N Hawker will assume responsibility for Catalysts Division’s Process Catalyst and Technologies (PCT) business.

Also effective from 1st August 2004, L C Pentz will assume responsibility for the Division’s Environmental Catalyst and Technologies (ECT) business.
