Mark Fishler will be based at
CMC's headquarters in London, and will relocate from the US to
take up this new appointment.
Mark Fishler succeeds Chris Clark
who has been Chief Executive of CMC since it was established
in July 1994. Mr Clark, who was recently appointed Chief Operating
Officer, Johnson Matthey plc, becomes Chairman of CMC in succession
to Richard Oster. Stephen Howard, Joint Group Managing Director,
Cookson Group plc, is appointed Deputy Chairman, CMC, also with
effect from 1 October.
Also joining CMC as Finance Director
will be Michael Roller who is currently Group Corporate Development
Manager at Johnson Matthey.
